It’s 120 feet tall and weighs 68,000 pounds, and presides at the entrance to the LouisvilleSlugger Museum & Factory in Louisville, Kentucky. It’s hard to get a picture of the monster
bat, unless you look straight up, or walk a half-mile away from it.
If you’ve never been to the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, you might want to make
plans to visit. There are many things to see and do, including trying your hitting skills at the
batting cages. We really enjoyed the Factory Tour of the world-famous Louisville Slugger
baseball bat factory, showing how the famous bats are made. In 2015 the Museum had a
record attendance of 300,000 visitors, so if you haven’t visited yet, you’re missing something
